MARCOM has been providing IT Services in and around the Chichester area since 1996…yes, we can’t believe it’s been that long too! However, we have great experience supporting our clients. Many customers remain concerned about Covid and we would like to assure you that in our efforts to help our customers stay connected and stay safe online, we can offer the following additional methods of offering you assistance:
- If we can solve your problem on the phone, we will do that.
- If you can connect to the internet, we will offer Remote Connection to help you.
- If necessary, we can pick-up, repair and return your PC, maintaining procedures in-line with all current government advice, including, strict hygiene regimes and social distancing practices.
We’re already supporting the majority of our clients using a mixture of these methods at home or at work. We’re especially happy to offer tailored support to our elderly and vulnerable customers.
